As a Sr. Analyst, Talent Management Systems, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, optimizing, and maintaining Visa’s Talent Management systems, with a primary focus on Workday Talent modules (including Performance) and related external systems across a global organization. You will work closely with Talent Management stakeholders, HR, IT, vendors, and others to ensure our Talent Management platforms empower Visa’s people and leaders to excel, develop, and grow.
You will leverage your expertise in Talent Management systems to champion enhancements, provide creative solutions, and drive efficiency and effectiveness in talent processes and programs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $99,700 USD to $180,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). If you are located in Colorado, the estimated salary range for this position is $105,900 USD to $153,550 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
