Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner for Durham, NC positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to manage all recruitment phases
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source local candidates
- Independently source and build talent pipelines leveraging networks
- Establish partnerships with local universities to attract early career talent
- Manage recruitment projects ensuring alignment and candidate experience
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
