Customer Success Manager, PerfectScale by DoiT - CT / MT

DoiT is a global cloud consultancy and SaaS provider delivering PerfectScale, a Kubernetes optimization and management solution that blends AI with human expertise. We are seeking a technically-minded Customer Success Manager based in Central or Mountain Time who will own onboarding, technical validation/POCs in the sales process, and drive adoption, retention, and scalability across a portfolio of customers.

Skills

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, consulting, or software sales
  • Experience running technical POCs and onboarding for SaaS or platform products
  • Strong verbal and written communication with experience engaging executive and technical stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach to identify adoption signals and prioritize customer work
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with strong organization

Responsibilities

  • Own technical validation and POCs during the sales process and support post-sale onboarding and implementation
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from end users to C-level sponsors
  • Create and execute tailored Success Plans and lead quarterly business reviews
  • Identify risks and opportunities at least two quarters in advance and coordinate mitigation
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, R&D, and cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Document customer records, assist with billing reconciliation, and refine internal playbooks and processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in a related field
  • Ongoing professional development encouraged (certifications in cloud or customer success valued)
