A key member of rePurpose Global’s Customer Success Team, the Customer Success Manager owns strategic accounts focused on CPG brands in the baby, pet & home sectors. The face of rePurpose Global throughout the post-sales customer journey - from onboarding and implementation to renewal and representing the needs of the customer to the wider business. Working across both compliance and plastic recovery customers, the CSM will hold relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on account retention and growth.
