Key Responsibilities:as Talent Acquisition Administrator (Bilingual Spanish) at dnata catering in Inwood, NY. The role will involve 50% recruiting/talent acquisition, and 50% training and development. The responsibilities include assisting and administering recruiting strategies, collaborating with department managers, attracting candidates, conducting interviews, assessing applicants' skills and experience, training and conducting new hire orientations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well independently in a high volume fast paced environment and within a team, maintain confidentiality and trust, and be highly adept with electronic file-keeping.
