We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Analyst – Performance Programs to act as the firm’s operational owner of PerformYard and all performance-management processes across Crete Professionals Alliance Network Firms. Working closely with the Manager, L&D and peers in LMS/Content and Talent Integration, you will design, administer, and continuously improve performance cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback workflows for new hires, new firms, and existing teams. Your remit spans system configuration, template governance, analytics, ROI reporting, and firm-wide performance communications.
Build, test, and publish PerformYard review, check-in, and 360 templates.
Maintain annual goal setting and calibration calendars.
Align templates to career levels and merged-firm structures.
Configure workflows, permissions, and notifications.
Coordinate releases, sandbox testing, and integrations
Provide Tier-2 support and serve as SME for firm admins.
Approve new hires, move into Groups, updates emails (PerformYard)
Monitor participation, completion, and feedback trends.
Develop dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) showing engagement, ratings dispersion, and KPI alignment.
Deliver quarterly ROI reports to Director, L&D & Performance
Partner with L&D to develop job aids, quick-reference guides, and how-to videos.
Maintain intranet pages and resource hubs for managers and employees.
Lead live and virtual training sessions on performance best practices.
Draft all performance-related communications (cycle launches, reminders, policy updates).
Coordinate with Integration team to onboard new firms into PerformYard within 30 days of close.
Capture user feedback and iterate templates and processes.
Track licensing/usage metrics; work with Procurement on renewals.
Ensure alignment with AICPA Code, state CPE ties, and internal policies.
Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree; 2-3 years administering a performance-management platform (PerformYard preferred) in a multi-entity or professional-services environment.
Technical – Skilled with HRIS data feeds, CSV imports, report builders, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). Basic understanding of SCORM/xAPI a plus.
Analytical – Able to translate raw data into actionable insights and ROI narratives.
Communication – Strong writer/presenter; comfortable producing partnering with L&D on micro-learning videos (Colossyan) and intranet content.
Collaboration – Proven success partnering with L&D, HRIS, Compliance, and business leaders.
Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or private equity-backed organizations is highly preferred.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position; hybrid near the Tampa, FL office
Occasional travel (15-20%) may be required for training or project meetings.
This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
We are excited to invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team! This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-75,000 annually, to commensurate with experience and qualifications and 10% bonus (prorated).
