The Business Development Manager serves as the main point of contact for Cornerstone’s Strategic Customers (Builders). This role partners closely with internal teams and Regional Managers to deliver the full scope of customer needs — from project entry and estimation to business development. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue, strengthening relationships, and enhancing customer experience while maintaining profitability.

The US base salary range for this role is 120K-150K annually + Bonus + $750 monthly car allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
