Account Executive - Enterprise

Cordance partners with vertically focused B2B SaaS companies to accelerate growth through acquisition and hands-on operational guidance. We seek an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across our portfolio by leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales and new business development
  • Experience managing long, complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives with a outcomes-driven approach
  • Track record closing six- and seven-figure deals
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and disciplined pipeline/forecasting skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers at target enterprise accounts through research, outreach, and relationship building
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, executive presentations, negotiation, and close
  • Conduct consultative discovery to align solutions to strategic business priorities and demonstrate ROI
  • Build consensus among C-suite, procurement, and technical stakeholders to advance opportunities
  • Develop tailored deal strategies, manage complex negotiations, and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success
  • Maintain accurate pipeline health and revenue forecasting in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market approaches

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant business, sales, or technical training is a plus
