Responsibilities: Manage candidate interactions, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and improve recruitment processes while supporting the Talent team.
Skills: 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, strong organizational skills, proficiency with ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse and Ashby), and excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications: Experience with automation tools and supporting technical teams is a plus; experience in a startup environment preferred.
Location: Remote work is available; candidates must have significant hours overlap with Americas time zones.
Compensation: $34 - $50 / Hourly

What you’ll do:
You’ll join our Talent team to ensure our candidates have world-class experiences from first-contact to (ideally) hire or wherever their candidacy takes them. You’ll partner with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve and collaborate on processes and candidates. You’ll schedule interviews via Greenhouse/Ashby and ModernLoop, gather feedback from interviewers both asynchronously and via debriefs, and be in touch with candidates directly. This is a 6-month contractor role (maternity leave coverage).

ClassDojo takes a number of factors into consideration when determining compensation, including geographic location, experience, and skillset. Hourly contractor rate range (United States):
CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $40.00 - $50.00 (USD)
All other states in the US: $34.00 - $42.50 (USD)
