Backed by a senior team and early enterprise traction, we’re moving fast—and we’re looking for a motivated, resilient contract-to-hire Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth. This role begins as a 3–6 month contract position, with the intention to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.


The Role

As a SDR at Circuit, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, ensuring our pipeline is strong and our sales motion scales effectively. You’ll play a key role in shaping our outbound process and will work closely with our CPRO and GTM Lead to refine messaging, build relationships, and set the stage for successful customer engagements. This is a hands-on, high-energy role perfect for someone eager to learn, hungry to win, and ready to grow with a fast-moving startup.


Contract-to-Hire Details

-Initial Term: 3–6 months (contract)

-Compensation: Competitive hourly/contract rate

-Evaluation: Success will be measured by pipeline generation, meeting quotas, collaboration, and contribution to refining our outbound motion

-Conversion: Upon successful completion of the contract period, the role is intended to convert to full-time employment with salary, benefits, and equity opportunities.



Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect into target accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and set meetings with prospective customers
  • Research accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach
  • Manage pipeline activities and maintain accurate data in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and outbound messaging
  • Share market and customer feedback with GTM and product teams
  • Help build and refine scripts, cadences, and the SDR playbook.


Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce (or eagerness to learn quickly)
  • Bonus: prior experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or a startup environment
