Backed by a senior team and early enterprise traction, we’re moving fast—and we’re looking for a motivated, resilient contract-to-hire Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth. This role begins as a 3–6 month contract position, with the intention to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
The Role
As a SDR at Circuit, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, ensuring our pipeline is strong and our sales motion scales effectively. You’ll play a key role in shaping our outbound process and will work closely with our CPRO and GTM Lead to refine messaging, build relationships, and set the stage for successful customer engagements. This is a hands-on, high-energy role perfect for someone eager to learn, hungry to win, and ready to grow with a fast-moving startup.
Contract-to-Hire Details
-Initial Term: 3–6 months (contract)
-Compensation: Competitive hourly/contract rate
-Evaluation: Success will be measured by pipeline generation, meeting quotas, collaboration, and contribution to refining our outbound motion
-Conversion: Upon successful completion of the contract period, the role is intended to convert to full-time employment with salary, benefits, and equity opportunities.
