Team Mancuso Powersports is a group of seven high-volume franchised  motorsport dealerships in the Metro Houston area including Harley-Davidson, Indian, Victory and all of the metric brands   We employ  enthusiastic, motivated people in Sales, Service, Parts, and Apparel.  We’re dedicated to guaranteeing our customers receive everything needed to “live the dream” on their new motorcycle, ATV, UTV, Trike or Personal Watercraft.

At our Mancuso Harley-Davidson, we don't have customers. We have family. We are looking for a new family member to join our team.

This isn't your average sales job. You'll be spending your days surrounded by the most iconic motorcycles in the world, talking torque and chrome with fellow enthusiasts. Your office uniform? Jeans, sneakers, and a Harley shirt. Your daily mission? Help a rider find their perfect match on two wheels.

What you'll do:

  • Greet guests like they're family, whether they're seasoned riders or just bought their first leather jacket.
  • Help people choose the perfect bike for their lifestyle and take them on test rides that showcase the thrill of riding.
  • Follow up like a pro—phone, email, or creative methods—whatever works.

The vehicle salesperson has an income potential between $50 - 95K annually. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Although Mancuso Harley-Davidson has a direct path to selling motorcycles and will teach you our process, there are several items below that are instrumental in this position, but this is not a comprehensive list. Be ready to learn!
  • Guarantee complete satisfaction of customers with a Customer for Life attitude.
  • Determine each customer’s needs.
  • Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
  • Proper delivery of vehicles to include the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, paperwork, etc.
  • Understand the terminology of the motorcycle world and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
  • Beyond these bullet points are much more, but the above gives you an idea of our basic expectations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Saturday work scheduled
  • Sundays & Mondays off
