Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee recognition programs (Values Awards, Service Awards, Spot Bonuses).
- Manage snack and food programs, including inventory, restocking, and monthly lunches/happy hours.
- Serve as primary contact for office service vendors (Canteen, Bevi, Shred-It, etc.) and resolve service issues.
- Collaborate with janitorial and facilities staff to maintain clean, well-stocked common areas and meeting rooms.
- Support day-to-day people operations and administrative tasks for the People Team.
- Act as primary point of contact for office visitors and candidates to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Perform light physical tasks (lift up to 20 lbs) and sustained computer/typing work as required.
Education
- Minimum: 2+ years in HR coordination, office management, events, or people-focused administrative role
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
