Your Job:
As a critical player in Brooks Human Resources, you will spearhead cross-functional, people-centric projects that frequently have a technology component. Your journey begins by building trust-based relationships with business & HR stakeholders during project initiation and continues throughout the project's lifecycle. You will be skilled at articulating and interpreting the needs of stakeholders and communicating with key stakeholders both across the business and within HR as well as managing the plan, budget, and documentation for all aspects of your projects. Your primary responsibilities include supporting the creation of a business case, crafting detailed project plans that highlight key features and decisions, and owning the development of project charters. Your role extends to active project management and concludes with the successful closure of the project. This role reports to the Sr. Director of HR Talent & Technology and will lead projects primarily in the HR Talent and Technology space.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $96,358 - $144,538 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
