Brightwheel is seeking a Director of HRBPs & People Programs to lead HR initiatives that cultivate a high-performing culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive business impact, all while operating in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities: Lead and develop an HRBP team, design impactful people programs, partner with leadership on talent strategies, and leverage data and AI to enhance HR efficiency.
Skills: Proven leadership in HR, strong collaboration skills with senior leaders, data-driven decision-making, and experience with AI in HR processes.
Qualifications: Experience building and scaling teams, executing impactful programs, and navigating high-growth environments is preferred.
