Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an Office Manager who will be the central point of contact for our local branch operations. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, administrative support, and customer communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and crews to ensure timely follow-up and smooth project flow.
- Support the branch manager and production teams with reporting, job file management, and compliance documentation.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records in company systems (CRM, project management tools, etc.).
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects Bone Dry’s values.
- Previous office management, administrative, or customer service experience required (construction/roofing industry experience a plus).
- Permitting experience a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM software preferred.
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a dynamic work environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Bilingual a plus
- $18-23 per hour commensurate with experience
