Palo Alto Therapy is searching for a skilled Clinical Manager to join our team. This role supervises and develops our clinical team, ensures the quality of services provided to clients, and manages a caseload of 12–15 clients. The Clinical Manager works closely with leadership to coordinate daily clinical operations, manage time-sensitive cases, and maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 a year, depending on experience and will likely grow over time based on performance.
