Palo Alto Therapy is searching for a skilled Clinical Manager to join our team. This role supervises and develops our clinical team, ensures the quality of services provided to clients, and manages a caseload of 12–15 clients. The Clinical Manager works closely with leadership to coordinate daily clinical operations, manage time-sensitive cases, and maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Licensed in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience; 2 years supervising or leading a similar-sized team
- Clinical expertise in CBT and evidence-based therapies for anxiety, OCD, and depression
- Experience working with children, teens and adults

Main Areas of Responsibility and Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop clinical team, monitor caseloads, and ensure quality services
- Provide direct clinical services to 12–15 clients
- Create, review, and improve clinical systems, workflows, and policies
- Collaborate with administrative/care team for operational alignment
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of case records, analyzing findings to enhance compliance, client care, and team performance.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace culture and support professional development
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong clinical expertise and applied knowledge of CBT and evidence-based interventions
- Proven leadership and supervision skills
- Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Ability to balance direct client work with team management

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 a year, depending on experience and will likely grow over time based on performance.
