- 5+ years clinical scheduling experience (preferably in AthenaHealth)
- 1+ year experience at a digital healthcare company
- Proficiency scheduling across multiple time zones
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable with EHRs, calendar tools, and basic spreadsheet use
- Self-starter who works well in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain every clinician schedule in AthenaHealth
- Monitor clinician schedules daily and adjust as needed
- Manage patient waiting list and backfill openings promptly
- Reschedule patients as necessary and communicate changes
- Adjust clinician schedules for time-off, coverage, and emergencies
- Cross-cover Care Coordinator Team responsibilities as assigned
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
