The K-12 Client Account Executive will drive sales initiatives across the East Coast, focusing on upselling Blackbaud's SaaS solutions to established K-12 independent schools in their territory.
Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales process, identify and develop account opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and position Blackbaud's solutions as the preferred choice for clients.
Skills: 8+ years in selling complex SaaS CRM/ERP solutions, preferably to K-12 education institutions, with strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build executive relationships.
Qualifications: Experience in the non-profit sector or educational organizations, with a proven sales track record of meeting quotas and a positive entrepreneurial drive.

About the role
As a key member of the Blackbaud K-12 Enterprise Sales Team, the K-12 Client Account Executive (CAE) will be responsible for identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the assigned East Coast territory of existing K-12 Independent School customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead to close and will also help internal teams continue to innovate by sharing knowledge of client challenges as well as their understanding of Blackbaud's portfolio of our offerings to independent school prospects. We want you to work with these customers to uncover needs and opportunities to expand the use of our products and services, helping them to achieve success with their fundraising, financial, academic, website, and organizational goals.

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $122,200.00 to $168,600.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
