Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships

Belong Health partners with regional payers to deliver Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plan products built around data-driven clinical intervention and empathetic patient experience. The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships will develop and grow long-term health plan relationships, manage cross-functional initiatives tied to partner performance, and drive financial and operational outcomes across assigned accounts.

Skills

  • Relationship management with health plan executive and operational stakeholders
  • Project leadership and multi-stakeholder program management
  • Experience in Medicare/Medicaid/Value-Based Care contracting and performance management
  • Analytical skills to track KPIs, diagnose gaps, and recommend initiatives
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency with project management tools, Notion, MS Office, and basic AI-assisted research/automation
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (>50%)

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers at health plans
  • Collaborate with sales, implementation, operations, and executive teams to tailor and execute partnership solutions
  • Define and execute account-level strategic initiatives and quarterly KPI plans aligned to annual goals
  • Manage up to three concurrent health plan partnerships and related cross-functional work streams
  • Drive governance forums and P&L-focused initiatives to meet budgetary and performance targets
  • Lead internal projects tied to the corporate scorecard and report on progress and outcomes
  • Provide client-facing program leadership, issue resolution, and escalation management
  • Manage and mentor direct reports as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
