THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Onboarding Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve the onboarding experience for our GTM organization. You’ll play a critical role in equipping new hires, specifically sellers, with the technical understanding, tools, and sales skills needed to succeed in the ever changing, fast-paced, AI infrastructure environment.

This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of sales, product marketing, product, and operations. You’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership and product experts to build scalable enablement programs that drive performance from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own new hire onboarding for sales—curriculum design, facilitation, and certification that reduce ramp time and drive measurable improvement in AE and SDR productivity.

  • Build programs that help sellers explain Baseten’s platform and AI infra concepts clearly.

  • Design and deliver multi-modal training programs with a mix of live and in-person, async learning, coaching plans, playbooks and more.

  • Determine program KPIs and leverage data to report out on new hire onboarding progress, impact to ramp time, make changes to program as necessary to deliver impact where needed.

  • Coach and develop sales talent through roleplays, deal reviews, and feedback.

  • Partner with product and solutions teams to turn technical updates into enablement materials.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, ideally at a technical or infra company.

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.

  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Experience using common tools like SFDC, Gong, Zoom, Slack, etc.

  • Strong understanding of Sales Methodologies and Qualifications (Command of the Message, Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPICED)

  • Strong data-driven approach with experience in building and utilizing reporting systems to track progress, analyze gaps, and measure effectiveness of onboarding programs

  • Excellent communicator and facilitator.

  • Nice to have: Past experience as a seller
