Responsibilities
- Lead key product initiatives while managing and developing a team of Product Managers
- Own the ShipStation API product roadmap, prioritization, and execution
- Drive projects such as API Shipping Analytics and Strategic Integrations with partners
- Collaborate across teams to align API-first strategies and business objectives
- Coach and elevate team performance through feedback and structured product practices
- Partner with senior leaders to evolve the API portfolio and scale impact
- Represent the product team in executive updates and customer engagements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
