Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategy for the central data science platform.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product leadership to align data engineering and player-centric goals.
- Lead development of machine learning models, pipelines, and insights using Databricks, MLflow, and SageMaker.
- Ensure seamless integration of data science initiatives with real-time data infrastructure supporting AI-powered LiveOps.
- Establish self-service AI tools for game teams.
- Monitor and optimize production model performance using MLOps methodologies.
- Implement governance frameworks ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Act as liaison between data scientists and product teams to ensure actionable, reliable insights.
- Promote experimentation culture with A/B testing, predictive analytics, and personalization.
- Identify opportunities to enhance game design and player engagement via advanced analytics.
Education
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
