Responsibilities
- Drive and contribute to product lifecycle processes including research, market analysis, planning, roadmap development, and product launches.
- Conduct research and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from ROI and build vs. buy perspectives.
- Understand existing systems, identify product gaps, and generate ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements and evaluate product performance.
- Assist in scheduling product releases, feature updates, and maintenance.
- Facilitate business needs and priority identification.
- Support development and execution of business and technical solutions.
- Investigate and assist in resolving escalated production issues and track incident completion.
- Provide regular updates on incident status and severity to senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
