We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to help build the future of how scaled businesses operate on HubSpot. You’ll join a high-impact team focused on delivering foundational multi-account solutions that empower upmarket customers to grow better.

These customers often struggle to manage their HubSpot accounts in ways that reflect their real-world structures.

The Multi-Account Management (MAM) team plays a critical role in solving this by delivering platform-level solutions that enable complex businesses to operate across multiple HubSpot accounts — while maintaining both operational autonomy and strategic alignment. This work is foundational to our upmarket product strategy.

As a Senior Product Manager on this team, you’ll lead the development of HubSpot’s first multi-account management solution and create a meaningful differentiation in the competitive landscape. You’ll also drive improvements in access management and organizational configuration, and lead the product strategy to help customers evolve their organizations and take full advantage of HubSpot as their businesses grow.

We’re looking for someone with deep experience building platform-level products in SaaS, particularly in the upmarket space. You should have a strategic mindset, a strong track record of delivering iterative value, and the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and GTM teams. We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience in organizational setup and management within SaaS, especially for upmarket or enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience building platform-level products with a long-term strategic vision, while delivering iterative value and measurable impact.
  • Experience taking products from 0 to 1, across discovery, launch, and iteration.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align other product teams and stakeholders, and articulate product vision.
  • A multidisciplinary approach, combining business, technical, and market insights to identify opportunities and make smart tradeoffs.
  • Customer-first thinking, with a deep curiosity about the upmarket problem space and how to solve them.
  • A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
  • A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
  • Adaptability and decisiveness in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience using AI in both daily work and product development is a plus.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically 
  • Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
  • Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow
  • Use AI in your day to day and build products with an AI/automation first perspective

Cash compensation range: 158100-253000 USD Annually


Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
