- Strong knowledge of enterprise requirements around authentication, RBAC, compliance, and billing
- Technical acumen to collaborate with engineering teams and translate complex platform capabilities
- Experience working with security, infrastructure, or DevOps teams
- Exceptional product judgment with a focus on fast execution
- Ability to manage product lifecycle in SaaS and infrastructure environments
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for enterprise infrastructure components like auth, permissions, billing, audit logs, and org management
- Collaborate with engineering to build platform features that ensure security, compliance, and scalability
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand governance and operational requirements
- Design and deliver features such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, usage reporting, billing, and support workflows
- Set and drive metrics for platform performance, reliability, and user adoption
- Partner with go-to-market teams to support customer onboarding and enablement
- Align engineering, design, and sales teams to accelerate enterprise customer growth
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
