Responsibilities
- Contribute to product vision and develop the product roadmap for customer-facing tools
- Identify opportunities to optimize user journey across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features balancing business value and technical feasibility
- Communicate and reinforce product vision across internal teams
- Define success metrics and quarterly goals alongside Technology team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and others
- Establish repeatable procedures for iterative organizational improvements
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Oversee sprint planning and backlog grooming aligned with goals
- Develop workflows for customer retention, email marketing, and loyalty programs
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs like engagement, retention, and conversion
- Leverage analytics and user insights to drive prioritization and support data-informed culture
- Support implementation and integration of financial systems including CRM and ERP migration
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in related fields preferred
