My entire experience with convene was positive.We have a deep commitment and continued focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at Convene. This commitment is shown in both the way we operate as an organization and how we approach our work. Under the guidance and support of our Employee Resource Groups, we are working everyday to build a more diverse and inclusive business. We have an active mentorship program and a monthly conversation series to spark conversations and share resources around difficult yet important topics.
We have many different Employee Resource Groups (parents & caregivers, pride, women, Asian American Pacific Islander etc.) that offer lots of programming opportunities and forums for open communications.
Our Learning & Development team designs and facilitates many professional learning opportunities for Convene employees (e.g. management training, on the job training for property staff) as well as other training programs on Convene systems, new hire orientation and inclusive leadership workshops.
