Head of Product and Delivery, Health Care - USA

As the Head of Product and Delivery, Health Care, you'll lead a pivotal, multi-year client engagement to rebuild a flagship product used by millions. This role blends strategy, delivery oversight, and product leadership. You will drive the product vision and ensure timely milestones through strong communication and partnership with clients and internal teams. You'll work closely with technical leads to shape architecture, prioritize features for business value, and proactively manage risks across a complex organization.

A key part of your role involves building consensus and fostering relationships. You'll face the core challenge of balancing conflicting priorities, demanding exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a bias for action to cultivate strong partnerships and communicate solutions that gain buy-in from all stakeholders including the client’s C-Suite. You'll translate progress into clear communications, steering this high-impact project to success. You will lead and mentor a cross-functional team of up to 25 people, including developers, PMs, QA and designers from both the clients and our side.

• Lead large-scale, from-scratch product and engineering projects: Proven experience guiding significant, multi-year product rebuilds.
• Drive Product Strategy & Delivery: Shape product vision, architecture, and ensure on-time, high-value delivery.
• Manage Stakeholders & Teams: Build consensus, manage diverse stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strategic Problem-Solver: Identify risks, navigate complexity, and propose solutions for challenging issues.

• Must be based in the USA and available for quarterly traveling to the client’s HQ

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive on-time delivery of project milestones.
• Build consensus within teams and across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
• Understand and manage dependencies and risks.
• Help prioritize features and tasks that drive the most business value.
• Deeply understand the client’s business goals, org structure, and stakeholder motivations.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers (~25 team members).
• Maintain alignment with a various number of internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate reporting and progress into communications and strategy updates for leadership.
