Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Direct to Consumer business.
- Champion a customer-first mindset throughout product development.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful consumer experiences across mobile, web, and other DTC channels.
- Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing product management team.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to innovate and grow user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science teams to develop scalable, brand-aligned products.
- Drive measurable impact on growth, retention, and revenue via the DTC channel.
- Operate with accountability to key performance indicators like conversion, LTV, CAC, and customer satisfaction.
- Influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders with clear communication of product strategy and outcomes.
- Align the DTC product experience with Affirm’s broader business and brand strategy.
