- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Fivetran and orchestration platforms like Airflow.
- Knowledge of Python data analysis packages including Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience with git and production-grade IDEs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement relational and non-relational database models, pipelines, and reporting solutions across the analytics development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for HR data sources such as Workday and Greenhouse Recruiting.
- Architect scalable data models optimized for performance and analytical querying.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across all HR data assets.
- Collaborate with People Analytics team to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage and optimize cloud data warehouse infrastructure, specifically Snowflake.
- Leverage AI and large language models to automate data quality checks, enhance metadata, and extract insights.
- Advocate for technology best practices including data governance, security, privacy, quality, and retention.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
