Responsibilities
- Define and execute Seed’s data and analytics vision and roadmap aligned with company priorities.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing data team including analytics engineers, analysts, and scientists.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous learning.
- Partner across Product, Marketing, Science, and Operations to deliver growth and research insights.
- Develop and scale data models, pipelines, and reporting frameworks for self-service analytics and experimentation.
- Define and enforce data governance standards ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security.
- Oversee data architecture decisions, infrastructure, and performance optimization.
- Champion best practices in data privacy, compliance, and ethical data use.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies optimizing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Support scientific teams with data-driven study design, analysis, and publication.
- Identify new opportunities for innovation and growth through advanced analytics and data science.
