Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Operations Supervisor
Overview:
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a well-established, employee-focused manufacturing company in Jefferson, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule maintenance mechanics, ensuring safety and site security.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with equipment upgrades, installations, and facility improvements.
- Participate in the Process Safety Management Program and serve on the HAZMAT team.
- Support CMMS functions and complete special projects as needed.
- Maintain facilities following sanitary design best practices.
Requirements:
Education:
- A related technical degree or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experiences:
- Supervisory or leadership experience in industrial maintenance.
- Experience in highly regulated hygiene/sanitation environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with CMMS and Process Safety Management (a plus).
Other:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts (1st shift: 5/5:30 AM - 2:30 PM) and 1 weekend rotation per month (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000–$110,000 (based on experience) + bonus eligibility.
- Additional paid compensation for weekend shifts.
- Full benefits (health, retirement, etc.).
Schedule:
- Full-time (permanent W-2 position).
- Work arrangement: 100% on-site (no remote work).
- No relocation assistance provided.
