We’re on a mission to reach $10M ARR, and you will be at the heart of that journey — building the AI-powered systems that will redefine how companies manage their people. This is a founding role: you’ll be hands-on, deeply technical, and instrumental in shaping the core of our platform from day one.
You’re not inheriting a playbook. You’ll build it, run it, and own the revenue. You will:
Run outbound — target HRIS, People Ops, and CHRO buyers using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Apollo
Build and manage the end-to-end GTM stack (Clearbit, Segment, HubSpot, Zapier, Outreach, etc.)
Launch cold sequences, paid campaigns, and webinars to drive pipeline
Create and test landing pages, ROI calculators, demo flows, and sales content
Set up enrichment, scoring, routing, and attribution from scratch
Analyze funnel metrics and run weekly growth sprints with the CEO
Test and refine ICP, personas, messaging, and buyer journey assumptions
Translate product value into compelling technical storytelling and GTM narratives
Hire and lead 4 GTM team members over the next 6–12 months as pipeline scales
Have 4–7 years in B2B SaaS GTM roles (AE, SDR, Growth, Demand Gen, RevOps, etc.)
Have sold into HR buyers (People Ops, HRIS, CHROs, etc.) and closed deals
Have taken a startup from $1M to $10M+ ARR and want to do it again — as the owner
Have used tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot, Segment, Zapier
Have built outbound and inbound systems, not just executed someone else’s
Are technical enough to self-serve — you’ve written sequences, worked with APIs, automated ops, and tested attribution models
Are a T-shaped GTM executor— you can write copy, sell, analyze funnel data, and run growth experiments
Want real equity and true ownership over revenue, not just leads
This isn’t just about closing deals — it’s about writing the playbook that defines how HR adopts AI
You’ll be one of the first GTM hires — with ownership, budget, and a clear path to leadership
You’ll work directly with the CEO — shaping product, positioning, and growth strategy
You’ll get to build from scratch — no legacy systems, no blockers, no red tape
You’ll have equity and upside — this is a company-builder role, not just a job
$750K+ in qualified pipeline from outbound + campaigns
2+ outbound sequences consistently delivering >20% open and >3% reply rates with HR/People personas
A functional GTM stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo/ZoomInfo, enrichment, routing) running live campaigns
2–3 closed/won deals (~$50–250K in new ARR) sourced and closed by you
12 months: $1.5M+ new ARR closed, 2 AEs + SDR ramped, repeatable outbound → inbound funnel.
18 months: GTM engine producing $400K+ new ARR/month, 5-person GTM team.
