Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's human resources functions. This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a real impact in a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities::
• Implement employment policies and integrate global IDIADA HR procedures.
• Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for various roles across the organization
• Leading the payroll process and employees’ benefits programs ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Implement Talent Development campaigns and training programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
• Support line management and provide HR guidance .
• Act as first point of contact to operational management on all aspects of Employee Relations including discipline, grievance, absence, equality, maternity and paternity.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
• Knowledge of employee data integrity & records maintenance, in supporting the company’s annual HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions and salary review.
• Ability to handle employee relations issues as they arise.
• Understanding of USA payroll and benefits administration to include applicable laws.
• Spanish knowledge will be an asset.
