Skills
- 4+ years in administrative or executive support, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech
- Exceptional calendar and meeting management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and professional correspondence
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience coordinating travel and event logistics
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort learning new tools (Notion, Slack, Zoom)
- Discretion handling sensitive information and confident stakeholder management
- Proactive problem-solving and deadline management in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Manage active calendars for Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success, prioritizing and aligning internal and external commitments.
- Anticipate scheduling needs, prepare agendas, and ensure executives have necessary context and materials.
- Plan, organize, and execute leadership meetings, all-hands, cross-functional sessions, and take detailed notes with action item follow-up.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for Sales and Customer Success leaders.
- Manage logistics for events, dinners, offsites, and team gatherings.
- Partner with the EA to the CRO on revenue-wide initiatives (e.g., RKO, quarterly planning, GTM alignment sessions).
- Support special GTM projects with project management, event coordination, and operational support.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant administrative or business certifications are a plus
