Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate vehicle and subsystem simulation models (flight dynamics, sensors, comms, payloads).
- Develop and enhance the MS&A framework to support mission-level concept exploration, SITL, tactics, and Monte Carlo analysis.
- Implement multi-threaded, high-performance simulation components and ensure robust software integration.
- Partner with mission autonomy, operations analysis, and cross-disciplinary SMEs to define model fidelity and validate behavior.
- Deliver configurable scenario-based environments for operations analysis, DoE, and wargaming.
- Support software-in-the-loop and automated test workflows to accelerate product development.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree preferred for senior roles (MS/PhD in a relevant discipline)
