- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical tradeoffs
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement radar software using C, C++, and Python for RF sensing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software architectures and concepts of operations for complex systems-of-systems.
- Perform system-of-systems level software analysis, decomposing requirements into radar subsystem specifications.
- Create and communicate software development roadmaps and establish consensus across stakeholders.
- Design, refine, and implement advanced RF sensing algorithms and techniques.
- Advise programmatic and business leadership with technical assessments to support strategic decisions.
- Mentor and guide team members on software development best practices and technical direction.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, or related technical field
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field preferred
