As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud networking architectures for enterprise clients. You will play a central role in building automation and security orchestration, ensuring cloud infrastructure is resilient, compliant, and efficient. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you will lead the adoption of advanced networking and zero-trust principles while overseeing enterprise-grade firewall and security solutions. Your work will directly impact mission-critical projects, optimizing cloud performance and security. Accountabilities

·         Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end secure cloud networking architectures using AWS networking services.

·         Develop and maintain network automation, security orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.

·         Implement and manage advanced firewall configurations and security policies, including Palo Alto and Appgate SDP solutions.

·         Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, responding to security incidents and ensuring compliance with cloud security frameworks.

·         Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guide best practices in cloud networking, security, and automation.

·         Maintain documentation, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and mentor junior engineers on secure cloud infrastructure principles.

·         5–6 years of experience in enterprise networking and cloud security.

·         Advanced AWS networking expertise: VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, security groups.

·         Strong knowledge of network security, zero-trust architecture, and cloud security frameworks.

·         Experience with firewall and security appliances, particularly Palo Alto and Appgate SDP.

·         Proficiency with network automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and secure network design.

·         Programming experience for network automation and security tooling.

·         Exceptional troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response skills.

·         Preferred: AWS Advanced Networking certification, Palo Alto PCNSE, Appgate certification.

·         Active Secret clearance required.

·         Must reside within 40 miles of Colorado Springs, CO; San Antonio, TX; McLean, VA; Boston, MA; Tampa, FL; or Dayton, OH.
