Sr .Net ASP Developer (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to develop and maintain mission-critical applications for high-impact federal and commercial projects. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, supporting both development and Tier 3 application maintenance. The position emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture, and technical problem-solving, while collaborating closely with business and technical teams to ensure optimal user experience, client satisfaction, and system performance. You will contribute to Agile teams, implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and help guide technical solutions across multiple platforms. Accountabilities

• Support the development and maintenance of complex, large-scale applications.
• Provide Tier 3 support for public-facing applications and internal systems.
• Design, prototype, and implement software solutions, including debugging and refactoring existing code.
• Participate in Agile team ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Serve as a technical expert for applications, providing guidance and support to peers and stakeholders.

• US Citizenship required for federal project work.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft legacy environments, including ASP (Classic/Native), VB.NET, DLLs, COM+.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud environments, IIS Servers on VMs, Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure Entra.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Microsoft TFS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong skills in SQL Server, stored procedures, and SSIS packages.
• Full stack development experience and familiarity with Java/Spring Boot is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with technical and business teams and maintain high attention to detail.

• Competitive salary range: $114,441 – $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
