Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sustaining and forward deployed engineering teams across the US, India, and Nepal
- Oversee post-launch product lifecycle activities including root cause analysis, bug fixes, design enhancements, and end-of-life planning
- Manage customer-facing projects from scoping through deployment and post-deployment support, acting as a technical advisor to strategic clients
- Collaborate with product, QA, operations, and support to resolve production issues and drive product improvements
- Administer engineering change processes and ensure field solutions are incorporated back into product
- Drive initiatives for cost reduction, yield improvement, and product variability reduction
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and resource planning for sustaining engineering efforts
- Create reusable tools, playbooks, and best practices to accelerate future deployments
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (required)
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
