As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the development and delivery of large-scale software projects. You will work across frontend and backend systems to solve complex technical challenges, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements to code quality, architecture, and performance. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strategic problem-solving, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. You will have the opportunity to influence product features, system scalability, and engineering practices while ensuring that solutions meet high standards for usability, maintainability, and reliability. Your work will directly impact both the efficiency of the engineering organization and the satisfaction of end users.
· Scope, plan, and lead the delivery of large-scale features and roadmap initiatives.
· Clarify and refine requirements across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
· Contribute to long-term architectural planning and system design.
· Lead technical problem-solving for complex cross-team challenges and production issues.
· Continuously improve the codebase through code reviews, architecture, testing, and deployment best practices.
· Ensure scalable and maintainable solutions across frontend and backend systems.
· Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching, pairing, and feedback.
· Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to align on priorities and delivery.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and architectures.
· Promote Agile best practices and contribute to evolving team workflows (Scrum/Kanban).
· 7–10 years of progressive software engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities.
· Deep knowledge of modern software development practices, architectures, and scalable system design.
· Proven track record in scoping, delivering, and evolving large-scale features.
· Experience with both frontend and backend technologies (polyglot mindset preferred).
· Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and project delivery.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to all audiences.
· Strategic problem-solving skills with adaptability in fast-changing environments.
· Passion for mentoring and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
· Demonstrated ability to drive impact, collaborate effectively, and maintain high standards of accountability and integrity.
· Competitive salary range: $145,000–$165,000 USD.
