Responsibilities
- Manage EW Business Line P&L with FP&A partners, track budget vs. goals, and drive actions to meet margin targets
- Prepare content and present updates for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to executive leadership
- Engage with product and program managers to track status, risks, and mitigations across programs
- Drive annual planning and corporate planning inputs for the EW business line
- Manage staffing, headcount tracking, hiring priorities, and recruiting strategies for rapid scaling
- Build and maintain operational systems and data infrastructure (Confluence, Jira, shared drives)
- Own internal and cross-company communications for the EW business line (All Hands, updates)
- Plan and manage facilities, secured spaces, and capital investment for EW operations
- Lead high-impact special projects (integration support, cost variance reduction, org development, strategic assessments)
Education
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering major (required)
- Additional business or advanced degree preferred but not required
