Analytics Engineer, People Data
Skills
- Expert SQL and strong Python (or equivalent) programming ability
- Experience with dbt for transformation and modeling
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Redshift or similar)
- Experience with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or large-scale data platforms
- Proven autonomy, process ownership, and building scalable systems
Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and scale the People Data Warehouse to meet evolving business needs
- Transform and model data from people systems into reliable analytics-ready datasets
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and refine business logic
- Implement data quality checks, documentation, and testing frameworks
- Serve as a technical thought partner on the People Data team and proactively improve the data foundation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, HR Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Graduate degree or additional certifications are a plus but not required
