Skills
- Proven instructional design and e-learning development experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (course setup, learning paths, reporting).
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise, Synthesia, or equivalents.
- Demonstrated success converting ILT into interactive, asynchronous digital learning.
- Experience curating and customizing LinkedIn Learning or similar content libraries.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with blended learning strategies, accessibility best practices, and onboarding design.
Responsibilities
- Audit existing onboarding and learning content and recommend blended delivery approaches.
- Convert instructor-led training into engaging asynchronous e-learning modules using modern authoring tools.
- Develop, upload, configure, and manage courses, learning paths, and reporting in Cornerstone OnDemand.
- Curate LinkedIn Learning content into tailored learning pathways for managers, leaders, and individual contributors.
- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and quality standards across redesigned content.
- Partner with onboarding, L&D, and business stakeholders to align content to global onboarding strategy.
- Troubleshoot LMS integrations and support reporting and analytics setup.
- Recommend process improvements to scale blended onboarding delivery.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications or coursework in e-learning development or instructional design preferred.
