- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and U.S. government contracting
- Experience with CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ and Other Transaction Agreements
- Proposal development and contract negotiation experience
- Contract administration, modifications, and close-out expertise
- Ability to handle export-controlled data (U.S. Person required) and hold active clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycle activities from award through close-out for government and commercial contracts.
- Support and prepare proposals, pricing input, and proposal planning.
- Negotiate contract terms, modifications, and task orders with government and subcontractors.
- Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and maintain complete audit contract files.
- Create and manage NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and assist with issuing RFPs.
- Provide contract briefs and risk mitigation guidance to program managers and executives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, engineering, and program teams.
- Oversee subcontractor relationships and compliance matters.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government, or related field (required)
- Graduate degree in business, law, or related field (preferred)
