Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for all site activities and communications (email, Slack, etc.).
- Coordinate facilities planning, maintenance, safety, construction/renovation, and upgrades.
- Track and report current and projected headcount and facility utilization.
- Manage physical security: badge access, visitor policies, equipment storage, and employee safety.
- Coordinate IT needs including network, AV, and equipment availability with central teams.
- Organize and monitor employee morale, site communications, events, and community outreach.
- Lead site emergency response, maintain safety equipment, and educate staff on emergency protocols.
- Represent the company with local police, fire, OSHA inspectors, and government officials.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, engineering, or related field preferred
