Skills
- Knowledge of HR practices including employment law, compensation, performance management, and employee relations
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using HRIS and other HR-related systems
- Ability to conduct investigations and handle sensitive/confidential matters
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with departmental and company goals
- Manage 360 feedback processes and drive the annual performance review cycle alongside managers
- Support performance management, lead employee relations investigations, and ensure fair outcomes
- Lead and contribute to HR projects to deliver measurable outcomes tied to organizational objectives
- Coach managers and employees across the entire employment lifecycle, including exits and offboarding
- Facilitate succession planning, compensation and performance calibrations, and provide C-suite readouts
- Deliver recommendations based on performance and engagement data to promote accountability and development
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to effectively support business needs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required
