Customer Success Manager

Amount provides a unified digital origination and decisioning platform for banks and credit unions, enabling fast product launches and robust risk controls. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own strategic client relationships, drive adoption, support onboarding and renewals, and act as a trusted advisor to financial institution customers.

Skills

  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and support
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts concurrently
  • Technical aptitude to discuss integrations and product capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding business needs and aligning Amount solutions to client goals
  • Lead customer onboarding and deliver product training to maximize platform utilization
  • Proactively communicate through regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, surface issues, and share product updates
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
  • Identify and cultivate customer advocacy opportunities (testimonials, case studies, referrals)
  • Capture and relay product feedback to inform product roadmap and continuous improvement
  • Gather high-level business requirements for technical initiatives and communicate Amount’s value propositions
  • Collaborate with sales to manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities based on client usage and needs

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Ongoing professional development in customer success or fintech topics encouraged
