Technical Account Manager - North America

Corelight is a fast-growing Network Detection and Response (NDR) company that transforms network and cloud activity into actionable evidence used by elite defenders for threat hunting, incident response, and analytics. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be a strategic post-sales partner for large enterprise and government customers across North America, driving adoption, delivering technical guidance, and coordinating customer needs with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Skills

  • Subject matter expertise with Zeek and network-security tooling (Suricata, PCAP tooling).
  • Strong networking knowledge and experience with protocols (HTTP, TLS/SSL, DNS, SMB).
  • Experience with packet capture and analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark).
  • Familiarity with SIEMs/log platforms and adjacent markets (Splunk, ELK, Humio, EDR).
  • Excellent business writing, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours and travel, including internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain technical and executive relationships with strategic customers.
  • Drive customer adoption and operationalization of Corelight products and features.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and deliver best-practice guidance and implementation milestones.
  • Advocate for customers by communicating requirements to Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Assist Sales teams by demonstrating product value and supporting renewals/expansions.
  • Document customer interactions and progress in the ClientSuccess platform.
  • Collaborate with partners to create partner-specific best practices and enablement.

Education

  • BS/BA or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or related field.
