Sr Director Health Plan Partnership

Lantern is a specialty care platform connecting members to top specialists and dedicated care teams, delivering high-quality care and cost savings to large employers. We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Sr. Director of Health Plan Partnerships to expand and manage key health plan relationships, drive ASO growth, and partner cross-functionally to scale integrations and commercial efforts.

Skills

  • Proven experience managing enterprise health plan partnerships and book of business
  • Track record driving ASO and commercial expansion across product lines
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, client success, product, and operations
  • Ability to develop and present clear value propositions and impact reports
  • Experience establishing reporting, escalation processes, and integration plans

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute health plan growth and account management strategy for assigned plan partners in partnership with leadership and solutions teams
  • Strategically manage select health plan partnerships, owning day-to-day operations, escalations, partner NPS, retention, and growth
  • Drive ASO growth by building relationships with national/local plan leadership and connecting Lantern sales into plan account processes
  • Educate plan stakeholders on Lantern’s value proposition and participate in strategic account planning
  • Identify expansion opportunities including new logo acquisition and cross-product sale opportunities
  • Oversee integration planning and implementation with plan partners and iterate to improve integrations over time
  • Establish reporting and escalation processes for the book of business, including Lantern outcomes and plan satisfaction
  • Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Enablement to standardize GTM approaches, provide sales/proposal support, and train teams on partner-specific rules of engagement

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH or similar) preferred
